Once again, thank you for entrusting us with your children’s education and investing in their future. The success of our mission is evident in our standardized tests scores, testimonies of high school principals and teachers, alumni, service projects, etc. And this success has been noticed by our community and validated by an increasing enrollment which saw many new students this year and the many applicants already for next year!
The purpose of this process is to insure that our present parents have a means to secure enrollment in St. Mary School for 2018-19
Current families of St. Mary School will have first priority, but only if they follow deadlines and have no monetary delinquencies.
The non-refundable Tuition Deposit for 2018-2019 will be $100 per student, but ONLY for current St. Mary families who complete the form and submit with deposit by March 1, 2018. After March 1st the deposit due will be $200.
AS ALWAYS, REGISTRATION IS CONTINGENT OF MEETING ALL FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS, TUITION AND OTHERWISE, FOR THIS OR PRIOR YEARS.
In May, those who have registered for next year will receive a packet which will include all necessary forms, as well as the Contract, which you will need to submit in order to complete the process.
Attached you will find the Registration Form for the 2018-2019 school year.
This form must be returned with the non-refundable per student tuition deposit by March 1, 2018.
TUITION RATES: Tuition rates for 2018-2019 will be announced sometime in March, well in advance of when you will be asked to sign a Contract.
NOTE TO ACTIVE PARTICIPATING MEMBERS FOR PRECIOUS BLOOD PARISH AND OTHER ARCHDIOCESAN PARISHES WHICH HAVE NO SCHOOL:
You are eligible for a Parish Grant recognizing your status as parishioners. However, to be awarded this tuition assistance, you will need to submit the APPLICATION FOR PARISHIONER TUITION GRANT, signed by your Pastor/Administrator or his designee, and submit with the Registration Form as soon as possible. The attached form is only for those who are applying for this grant.
Only those who have submitted the Application for Parishioner Tuition Grant, signed by the Pastor (or designee) of Precious Blood Parish or other Parish in the Archdiocese with no school, will be awarded this grant.
NOTE: If you are a parishioner of Precious Blood Parish of Milford, the form can come to our School Office. We will send to the Rectory Office for Father Donahue’s approval.
Once we receive the Registration Form and deposit, we will be contacting you for the Health Interview you will need to have with our School Nurse. After that, the next step after this will be completion of the Tuition Contract and other forms which will be available in May (we will let you know).
If you have any questions regarding the process of re-registering your children for 2018-2019, please do not hesitate to contact the School Office.
Again, thank you for choosing Saint Mary School and being a part of a community where we Live the Message of Jesus!
Mr. Frank Lacerenza Rev. Aidan Donahue
