From Our Principal

It was a cold, windy night.  A poor family had nowhere to go.  So they stayed with the animals in a barn.  And on that night, a little frail baby was born.  He was placed in a feeding trough.  He grew up with common parents and became a common laborer.  For a couple of years he taught a revolutionary way of thinking:  "LOVE YOUR ENEMY" he said.  "FORGIVE" he insisted.  They ridiculed and insulted him.  They falsely accused him.  They killed him on a cross.   But, he rose from the dead and proved all that what he taught was good – was right.  He was Jesus!

On this Christmas we remind everyone of his message.  After all, that is the Mission of this school: TO LIVE THE MESSAGE OF JESUS.

Form everyone at St. Mary School of Milford, Connecticut, MERRY CHRISTMAS!
