The purpose of Saint Mary School is to educate the whole child through programs encompassing the development of the students. This will enable students to become contributing members of the school, parish, and community.
St. Mary School recognizes the individuality of each student and strives to develop a well-rounded Christian personality. This will be reflected in a wholesome attitude and a respect for self and others as exemplified by Jesus in the gospel.
As a staff, we believe that a gospel-rooted educational environment where students experience Christian community service, students will be encouraged to integrate faith and Christian values into their daily lives and thus be provided with a healthy attitude which they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
To that end, we strive to work in cooperation with parents to develop a climate of catholic educational excellence and a curriculum that is relevant to daily life.

HOLY WEEK AND EASTER
Its time to celebrate what we are all about as Catholics and Christians. During Holy Week we celebrate:
- The great gift of the Eucharist, given to us by Jesus at his Last Supper, when he also washed the feet of his followers, showing us how our lives must be one of service to others.
- His acceptance of his condemnation, followed by his suffering and death on Good Friday.
- And ultimately his Resurrection, showing us once and for all that he conquers death and sin and can therefore lead us all to Heaven if we live a life of love and service to others.

MRS. CHRISTINA SALZILLO: 2018 DISTINGUISHED SUPPORT STAFF AWARD WINNER
Yes, our own Mrs. Salzillo received this award from the Association of Catholic Admission and Advancement Professionals of New England. This was a recognition well deserved by our school's Administrative Assistant who consistently does all things for all people, especially me as Principal, and keeps our great school running efficiently.
